ACCOMMODATION

Please complete this Hotel Form by the date listed in your Hosted Buyer confirmation email.  Hotel accommodations policies are included in our Hosted Buyer Agreements, which are required to be completed for your hotel room to be booked.

Please note that your Credit Card will be authorized for $1 to confirm the validity of the card.  Your card will not be charged, except in the case of cancellation after September 8, 2025, a no-show, or failure to comply with the conditions set forth in the Hosted Buyer Agreement.

Booking: The room will be booked under your name, ensuring your accommodation during the event.  While the hotel will try to accommodate bed type and other requests, these will be based upon availability and are not guaranteed.

Hotel Nights:  Unless otherwise approved, one-night hotel stays must be on October 5, 2025.  Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the allocated hotel night(s), you will be responsible for any associated charges.  Please note, additional night requests will be based upon hotel availability. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: In case of hotel cancellation after September 8, 2025 (the hotel’s cancellation window for our group) or a “no-show,” the Participant will be charged $285 per night to the credit card on file.

Location:  We have arranged accommodations at the Virgin Hotels Chicago, located at 203 N. Wabash Ave., Chicago, IL 60601.  Bookings at this hotel are subject to Virgin Hotels Chicago’s policies.  This is a non-smoking hotel.
