FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT
In order for you to receive any reimbursement amount, the participant must complete this form by the date provided in the confirmation email.
Flight reimbursements are for Economy Class tickets. Any upgraded amounts will not receive reimbursement.
Unless otherwise pre-approved in writing by the Director of Buyer Relations, Molly Matelski, flights must be arranged to allow for full participation of the expo from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. October 5, 2025 and from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. October 6, 2025.
A reimbursement check will be mailed to the address provided on the form, sent out between October 8 and October 17, 2025, upon Buyer’s completion of the full program, including the evaluation forms. Should the buyer submit the evaluation forms late, the buyer’s check may take up to 10 business days for the Organizer to send the check from the time of submission.
Failure to complete the program requirements in their entirety may result in partial or no reimbursement being made. Further details regarding reimbursements may be found in the Hosted Buyer Agreement. If you have any questions, please email Buyers@VinitalyUSA.com
