FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT

In order for you to receive any reimbursement amount, the Participant must complete this form by the date provided in the confirmation e-mail. 

Flight reimbursements are for Economy Class tickets.  Any upgraded amounts will not receive reimbursement.

A reimbursement check will be mailed to the address provided on the form, sent out between October 8 and October 17, 2025, upon the Participant’s completion of the program, as outlined in their agreement, including any evaluation forms. Should the Participant submit the evaluation forms late, the Participant’s check may take up to 10 business days for the Organizer to send the check from the time of submission.
