In order for you to receive any reimbursement amount, the participant must complete this form by the date provided in the confermation e-mail. 

Flight reimbursements are for Economy Class tickets.  Any upgraded amounts will not receive reimbursement.

Checks will be mailed to the address on file (so please be sure to list a valid address), sent out between the dates of October 23 and November 1, upon completion of your Vinitaly USA program and the Speaker Evaluation Form.  Checks will not be mailed until the form has been completed.  If you have any questions, please email Molly@ItalianExpo.US
